Our commitment
The casino at Solenne Bay is a land-based casino floor inside the resort, with classic table games and dedicated casino hosts. We want it to stay what it was designed to be: an occasional bit of fun alongside dinner, music and good company — never a way to make money or escape problems.
This website does not offer any form of online gambling. Everything described here takes place in person, at the resort.
Adults only
- Entry is limited to guests aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age where it applies.
- Valid photo ID is checked at the door on every visit, whatever your age appears to be.
- Children and teenagers staying at the hotel cannot enter the casino, even with a parent.
Tools our hosts can offer
- Time reminders — a host will let you know when the time you have chosen is up.
- Spending limits — decide your limit before you start and our team will help you keep to it.
- Breaks — ask to be refused entry for a day, a week or longer.
- Self-exclusion — a confidential agreement to stay out of the casino for a set period, which we take seriously and do not shorten.
We do not offer credit, and there is no cash machine on the casino floor.
Signs it may be time to stop
- Spending more money or time than you planned, or chasing losses.
- Borrowing money or using money meant for bills to gamble.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or guilty about gambling.
- Hiding how much you gamble from people close to you.
- Gambling getting in the way of work, sleep or family life.
Independent support
If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available. These organisations are independent from Solenne Bay Casino Resort.
- Gambling Therapy — free online support and live chat in several languages: gamblingtherapy.org
- Gamblers Anonymous — peer support meetings around the world: gamblersanonymous.org
- GamAnon — support for family members and friends: gam-anon.org
Our hosts can also give you contact details for local helplines in person, at any time and without question.
